I have been with ABG nearly 12 years. I joined after completing my BSc in Management and Computer Sciences and have worked in Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations as well as IT.

In my current role, I and my team, manage the change and maintenance of all applications used by our Rental Stations, Customer Services, Commercial Product, HR and Performance Excellence teams. Having the opportunity to lead change and enable innovation and growth is fantastic and extremely rewarding. We have plenty of challenges of course, competitor behaviours, new technologies, evolving Mobility in Car rental but these are also seen as opportunities- the question is, how quickly we can adapt and evolve too. What I love about Avis Budget Group is how anyone can make a suggestion and get a change sponsored through and implemented.
